Power Laws and Popularity

It’s almost 3 years since my last scheduled talk! Unfortunately, the talk never actually happened due to the pandemic, but I made a video version of it earlier this year. It’s aimed at a general audience and is trying to be as accessible as possible. The topic is power law distributions and some of the ways in which they appear in statistics.
